“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”
Matthew 18: 19-20
“Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness For we do not what to pray for as we ought but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words”
Romans 8:26
God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day
Psalms 46:5
Hello my name is Mathew Simon, Pastor of Hope International Christian Fellowship. I am married to Shyni my wife since June 2, 2001. We have three sons Jonathan, Joshua and Joel. They have enveloped our lives with joy.
I have been the Pastor at HICF, since April 2005 and I am blessed to be a part of a wonderful church family. I was born and raised in India . I accepted Jesus as my personal savior at the age of 6 and ever since I have been following Him. From my childhood, the idea I had of ministry was to be a behind the scenes supporter . I had never thought that I would ever go to a Bible College/Seminary or be a full time minister of Jesus Christ.
The Lord’s ways are always amazing. When I look back in my life I see the imprints of my Lord in my life. Bible says, “the steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in His way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; for the Lord upholds him with His hand.” Psalm 37:23, 24. Those who trust in Jesus as their personal savior, they are made righteous and God orchestrates and upholds his/her life.We live in narratives and our existence has a story shape. Our story is the drama of two loves, the old story of the eternal triangle. Who will I follow? Will I follow God, my true beloved? Or will I follow the false seducer’s law of betrayal. The central issue, we all face in suffering and sin revolves around trusting ourselves to God’s good heart. Will I or won’t I? Is He or Isn’t He? He loves me. He loves me not. I trust him. I trust Him not. Let me tell you Jesus is faithful and ever loving towards us. Bible says, “taste and see that the Lord is good.” Psalms 34:8. I just want to encourage each one of you to give the Lord a chance in your life and experience Him. If I can be of any help to you in your spiritual journey please contact me at 301-613-3304 or email me at Pastor@HICFministries.org
I want to also extend an invitation to you to come and visit us.
Love and prayers,
